Prepare
Preparing to read together in a sacred way is an important part of the process. The preparation practices below are mindful exercises to transition our busy minds and bodies to meaningful action together. You can certainly jump into the reading practices however, when I begin mindfully, I show up for myself and others with a balanced, genuine, and heartfelt effort.
The preparation practices below help us to align the body, mind, and heart and offer a nice starting point for bringing one’s attention to the present moment. This creates a foundational attitude for discernment and kindness for oneself before reading together.
There are two aspects of “Prepare”.
Both are important for a mindful sacred reading space.
